soft, rich, and full of melted chocolate- basically like baked oats in a cookie

THE RECIPE:
yields abt 10 cookies

cook time: 10 min
total time (including cooling): 30 min
ingredients
1 flax egg
1/4 cup almond butter
1 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup non dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup almond flour
2/3 cup gf rolled oats
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
instructions
1. preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease two baking sheets, set aside
2. in a medium bowl mix together the flax egg, almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non dairy milk, and vanilla until smooth
3. then add in the almond flour, rolled oats, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. then stir in the chocolate chips
4. spoon the dough evenly onto the baking sheets and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, let cool for 10, and enjoy!
