yields 4 toaster-sized waffles

total time (including cooling): 22 min
ingredients
1 cup gf oat flour (1 cup blended gf oats)
1/4 cup coconut sugar (can sub white or cane)
1/4 cup vegan yogurt
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
instructions
*in a bowl mix together all the ingredients until smooth. warm your waffle maker and grease it with oil and follow the instructions provided for your waffle maker, mine takes abt 3-4 mins to cook per waffle. top with whipped cream, maple syrup, fruit, or whatever your heart desires
