Protein Filled Raspberries (vegan, nut free, no bake, + gf)
literally the perfect snack when ur craving smth sweet
THE RECIPE: yields abt 20 raspberries
prep time: 10 min
freeze time: 10 min
total time (including cooling): 20 min
1/3 cup (vegan if desired) yogurt
scoop protein power
1 carton raspberries
1/2 cup vegan white chocolate
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1. mix yogurt with scoop protein powder. fill raspberries with mixture.
2. melt abt 1/2 cup (vegan if desired) white chocolate chips with 1.5 tbsp coconut oil.
3. coat the raspberries in the chocolate and place on a plate covered in parchment. freeze for 10 min or until choc hardens and enjoy!
