Raspberry Protein Clusters (vegan, no bake, nut free, + gf)

super delicious easy snack


i made this recipe with @earthchimp ‘s vegan protein shake powder!



THE RECIPE:

yields 6 clusters

prep time: 10 min

freeze time: 1 hr 30 min

total time: 1 hr 40 min

ingredients

1/2 cup vegan yogurt

2 tbsp protein powder

1/3 cup raspberries

2/3 cup chocolate chips

1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

instructions

1. mix together yogurt and protein powder. spoon into clumps on parchment paper and top with raspberries.

2. freeze until hardened (about 1.5-2 hours) then coat in 2/3 cup chocolate chips melted with 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil. freeze until chocolate is set and enjoy!
