Apple Pie Oatmeal (vegan, gf, + made in the microwave!)

just like in the little packets except better cause it's homemade!



THE RECIPE:

yields 1 serving

prep time: 5 min

cook time: 6 min

total time (including cooling): 11 min

in a small microwave-safe bowl mix together:

1/2 cup non dairy milk

1/2 cup gf rolled oats

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

a dash of vanilla

a big sprinkle salt

1/2 diced apple

a few shakes of cinnamon

and

microwave for 2 minutes, then mix, then microwave for another 2 minutes and mix, then microwave for 2-3 more minutes or until it has reached your desired consistency. top with cinnamon, hemp seeds, pb, and more oat milk and enjoy!
