Double Chocolate Brownie Bread (Paleo & Vegan)
This PALEO VEGAN DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BREAD is extremely simple & chewy with the perfect amount of density!

1 flax egg
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup almond butter (can sub other nut butter)
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips/ chopped pb cups
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan, set aside.
2. In a large bowl mix together the flax egg, coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla
3. Add in the cacao powder, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Spread the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour, let sit for 15 minutes, slice, & enjoy!!
