Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread (vegan + gf)

If you ever wanted what heaven tastes like, try this HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP BANANA BREAD and you’ll know :))



THE RECIPE

yields:

prep time: 10 min

cook time: 1 hr 8 min

total time (including cooling): 1 hr 33 min

Ingredients:

3 large mashed bananas

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup non dairy milk

2 cups gf oat flour (2 cups blended gf oats)

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips/chopped pb cups (I use@jojoschocolate use my link: https://www.jojoschocolate.com/?rfsn=4728340.96353b and code KAYLEE10 for 10% off! this is there peanut butter chocolate flavor + one of my personal favs!)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, and milk.

3. Then add in the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Then mix in the chopped pb cups/chocolate chips.

4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour-1 hr + 8 mins, let cool for 20-25 minutes, slice into 9 ish pieces, + enjoy!
