These brownies are seriously fudgy and addictive. The perfect quarantine treat to bake for all your friends! I used @completeats (on instagram) superfood cookies for the addictive cookie dough chunks that make these brownies THAT good

These brownies are so good, you can't even tell that they are healthy and packed with nutrient-dense superfoods! I'm seriously in love.
THE RECIPE
yields: 9-16 brownies (depending on how you cut)
prep time: 10 minutes
cook time: 35 minutes
total time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
3/4 cup coconut milk blended (or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 cup cashew butter (can sub other nut butter)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
3 large Completeats cookies chopped up in chunks (2 1/2 for the batter, 1/2 for the top)
A few more chocolate chips to top
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 8x8 baking dish
In a large bowl combine the coconut milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla until combined
Add in the almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips and cookie chunks🙌
Pour batter into the dish and spread evenly. Bake in the oven for 33-40 minutes, let cool for 20, slice into 9/16 squares, and enjoy!!
