THE RECIPE:

ingredients
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup almond butter (can sub other nut or seed butter)
1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp non dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
4 chopped or crushed gluten free oreos
instructions
*preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease a baking sheet, set aside
*in a large bowl mix together the coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non dairy milk, and vanilla
*then add in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. then stir in the chocolate chips and crushed oreos
*using a small/medium cookie scoop, place the batter evenly onto the cookie sheet and bake for 11-13 min, let cool for 10, and enjoy!
