These Healthy Kitchen Sink Cookies are extremely delicious + the perfect combination of salty and sweet! <3
THE RECIPE:
yields: 16-20 cookies prep time: 10 min
cook time: 12 min
total time (including cooling): 32 min
Ingredients:
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water, mix, + let sit for 10 min)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup broken up gf pretzels (can do 1/4 cup pretzels + 1/4 cup crushed sea salt potato chips!)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup white choc/pb chips/both (optional, vegan if desired)
1/4 cup @unreal.snacks dark choc peanut butter candies
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare two baking sheets, set aside
2. In a large bowl mix together the flax egg, coconut oil, peanut butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3. Then add in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Then add in all of the mix ins: the pretzels, chips, chocolate chips, pb candies, etc.
4. With a small/medium cookie scoop, place the dough on the sheet and bake for 12 mins, let cool for 10, and enjoy!
