THE RECIPE:
yields: 16-18 cookies
prep time: 10 min
cook time: 11 min
total time (including cooling): 31 min
ingredients:
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup creamy almond butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped mixed walnuts, cashews, and almonds (can sub other nuts)
instructions:
*preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease two baking sheets, set aside
*in a large bowl mix together the coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla
*add in the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. then add in the chocolate chips and mixed chopped nuts
*using a small/medium cookie scoop place the dough onto the cookie sheets (leave a couple inches to spread) and bake for 10-12 min, let cool for 10, and enjoy!
