I just wanna take a moment to appreciate the chocolatey, fudgy center of these PALEO VEGAN BLONDIES! They are so chocolatey, with the perfect amount of denseness, so good!
THE RECIPE

total time (including cooling): 55 minutes
Ingredients:
1 flax egg
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp nut butter (I prefer almond or cashew for flavor)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk of choice
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used mini & reg)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an 8x8 baking dish
2. In a large bowl mix together the flax egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, and milk
3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Then add in the chocolate chips.
4. Spread the batter evenly into the pan and bake in the oven for 29-31 minutes, let sit for 15, slice into 9 squares, and enjoy!!
