Paleo Vegan Brownies

just a good ol’ classic fudgy, chewy, chocolate-filled brownie to make your day 10x better

i have manyy brownie recipes but i recently discovered that i didn’t have just a simple, nice original brownie recipe so here ya go!!

these are extremely easy to make and extremely worth it when u get to eat them:) pair a warm 1 w some vegan ice cream for a religious experience and thank me later


yields 12 brownies

prep time: 10 min

cook time: 25 min

total time (including cooling): 50 min


1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water, mix, and let sit for 5 min)

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup nut or seed butter (i recommend cashew, almond, or sunflower)

2 tbsp non dairy milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup almond flour

1/3 cup cacao/cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips


*preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease a 9x9 baking tin, set aside

*in a large bowl mix together the flax egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, nut or seed butter, and non dairy milk

*add in the almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. then add in the chocolate chips

*pour the mixture into the tin, sprinkle with some extra choc chips, bake in the oven for 25 min, let cool for 15, slice, and enjoy!
