Peanut Butter S'mores Bars (vegan + gf)

these bars are extremely chewy, gooey, and FILLED with melted chocolate, just the way I like em


they’re also highly addictive and a nice lil play on a s’moreese (when u put a reese’s in a s’more pls tell me you’ve tried this)





THE RECIPE:

yields: 9-12 bars

prep time: 10 min

cook time: 25 min

total time (including cooling): 50 min

Ingredients:

1 flax egg

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup peanut butter

3 tbsp non dairy milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup vegan marshmallows (I use @mydandies )

Instructions:

*preheat oven to 350 and line an 8x8 baking tin

*mix together the flax egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, peanut butter, non dairy milk, and vanilla

*add in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt

*add in the chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows then spread into the pan

*bake for 24-27 minutes, let cool for 15, slice, and enjoy!
