THE RECIPE:
yields: a 1 serving cake

total time (including cooling): 25 min
ingredients
2 tbsp nut or seed butter
2 tbsp non dairy milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
a dash of vanilla
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
instructions
*preheat oven to 350 F and grease a small ramekin, set aside
*in a small bowl mix together the nut or seed butter, non dairy milk, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla
*add in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. then add in the chocolate chips
*pour the batter into the ramekin, bake in the oven for 18-20 min, let cool for 5, top with some vegan ice cream, and enjoy!
