crisp and slightly flaky on the outside and soft and melty on the inside. all around the PERFECT texture for a cookie
also she’s filled with a lott of chocolate and my life motto is the more chocolate the better



THE RECIPE:
yields: 1 cookie
prep time: 5 min
cook time: 10 min
total time (including cooling): 20 min
ingredients
1 tbsp nut or seed butter
1/2 tbsp non dairy milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp maple syrup
a dash of vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 baking soda
a pinch of salt (plus a pinch more for topping)
1 tbsp chocolate chips (plus a few more for putting in the center)
instructions
*preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease a cookie sheet
*in a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients until smooth. place half of the dough onto the cookie sheet (it shouldn’t be very thick) and place a few chocolate chips in the center. cover the chocolate chips with the other half of the dough and bake in the oven for 10 min, let cool for 5, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy!
