5 Ingredient Cookie Dough Balls (Paleo & Vegan)

These balls of delicious vegan & paleo cookie dough are SUPER simple and extremely easy to take on the go (for when we can go places ;)




THE RECIPE yields: 9-12 balls

prep time: 10 minutes

total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cashew butter

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

A dash of vanilla

1/3 cup coconut flour (add more if batter needs thickening)

1/4 maple syrup

3 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl mix the cashew butter, salt, coconut flour, and maple syrup. Then stir in the chocolate chips. Roll 1 ish tablespoons of dough into balls and enjoy!

Notes:

- Store in the fridge for best taste & freshness!
