#ad chewy bites of warm choc toast with hints of cinnamon smothered in sweet maple syrup

their gluten-free products can be found in the freezer section of the grocery store in most natural food retailers and they’re all non gmo, allergy friendly, and certified gluten free and vegan!


THE RECIPE:
yields: 2-3 servings
prep time: 10 min
cook time: 6 min
total time (including cooling): 16 min
ingredients
1/2 cup non dairy milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
a dash of vanilla
4 pieces @littlenorthernbakehouse bread
(for dipping) extra maple syrup
instructions
*in a shallow bowl mix together the non dairy milk, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, cacao powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined
*warm some coconut oil or vegan butter in a pan on medium heat and dip the bread, one piece at a time, into the mixture and soak each side completely for about 30 sec-1 min. once a piece is done soaking place it in the pan and cook for 2-3 min on each side until crisp and golden brown. repeat this until you run out of bread and mixture
*once it’s done, top with maple syrup and enjoy!
