overnight oats? more like cold uncooked soaked oats that taste really really good for some reason
THE RECIPE:
yields 1 serving
prep time: 10 min
cool time: 4 hr/overnight
total time (including cooling): 4 hr 10 min in a jar mix together- 1/2 cup gf rolled oats 3/4 cup non dairy milk 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp cacao powder 1 serving protein powder 1/2 tbsp maca powder (optional) a dash of maple syrup a sprinkle of salt and top with melted chocolate (1-2 tbsp chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil, melted) and refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight and enjoy!
