these cookies are extremely easy to make and super tasty! the oats, banana, nuts, and choc chips combine to make an amazing texture and give u loads of energy to prep u 4 the day
they’re amazing in yogurt bowls or by themselves and you could also just use the recipe to make a small batch of delish cookies🤘🏻
THE RECIPE:
yields 4 cookies
prep time: 5 min
cook time: 11 min
total time (including cooling): 25 min
ingredients
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp non dairy milk
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (can sub other liquid sweetener)
1 tbsp nut or seed butter
a dash of vanilla
1/3 cup gf oat flour (1/3 cup blended gf oats)
2 tbsp whole gf oats
1/2 tbsp coconut flour
a large pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1-2 tbsp choc chips
(optional) 1 tbsp chopped nuts
instructions
*preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease a baking sheet, set aside
*in a small bowl mix together the mashed banana, non dairy milk, maple syrup, nut or seed butter, and vanilla
*add in the oat flour, oats, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. then add in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts
*scoop evenly onto the baking sheet and bake in the oven for abt 11 min, let cool for 10, and enjoy (i rec in a yogurt bowl or w some fruit and pb)!
