THE RECIPE:
yields: 1 mug cake
prep time: 5 min
cook time: 2 min 15 sec
total time (including cooling): 9 min
ingredients
1/2 banana (can sub 1/4 cup apple sauce or puréed pumpkin)
1 tbsp maple syrup/date syrup/honey
1 tsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp non dairy milk
a dash of vanilla
1/4 cup gf oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
a sprinkle of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips
instructions
*in a blender blend together every ingredient except for the chocolate chips until smooth. once combined, mix in the chocolate chips with a spoon
*pour the mixture into a mug and cook in the microwave for about 2 mins and 15 sec, let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
