healthy digestion cereal bars (vegan, no bake, + gf)

2 cups cereal (i used @pooplikeachampion cereal to support healthy digestion, use code Kaylee10 for 10% off their site)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup chocolate chips
a sprinkle of salt
1. line a 8x8 cake tin with parchment paper, set aside.
2. in a medium bowl mix together the cereal, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. then mix in the chocolate chips.
3. spread the mixture evenly into the cake pan and freeze for 1 hour or until hardened. cut in 9 or 12 squares, top with a sprinkle of salt, and enjoy! (best stored in fridge or freezer)
