This banana bread is fluffy, chocolatey, and has the best texture, with a nice thick loaf!
THE RECIPE:
yields: 9 slices

cook time: 1 hour
total time (including cooling): 1 hr 31 min
makes: 7-9 slices
ingredients:
3 large mashed bananas
1/3 cup almond butter (can sub other nut or seed butter)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp non dairy milk
1 3/4 gf oat flour (1 3/4 cup blended gf oats)
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
instructions:
*preheat oven to 350 F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.
*in a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, and non dairy milk.
*then add in the oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Then mix in the chocolate chips.
*pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake in the oven for about 1 hour, let cool for 20-25 minutes, slice into 9 ish pieces, + enjoy! xx
