a FUDGY chocolatey delight that literally takes 5 mins to whip up and even less to devour
it’s super simple to make and possibly one of my fav snacks/desserts to whip up atm:))
THE RECIPE:
yields: 1 mugcake
prep time: 2 min
cook time: 2 min
total time (including cooling): 4 min
ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp nut or seed butter
1 tbsp maple syrup (can sub honey or other liquid sweetener)
3 tbsp non dairy milk (can sub water)
a dash of vanilla
1/4 medium/large banana (finely mashed)
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp cacao powder
a pinch of salt
a pinch of baking soda
1 tbsp choc chips
instructions:
*in a mug, mix together all the ingredients until completely smooth, microwave for 1.5-2 min, top with a few more chocolate chips, a sprinkle of sea salt, fruit, ice cream, or pb, and enjoy!
