Healthy Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Blondies (vegan, nut free, and gf)

extremely fluffy and soft with a nice oaty flavor and delightful bunches of melted chocolate chips throughout

these are extremely simple and use only one type of flour to make! they also don’t require any nut or seed butter, maple syrup, or coconut flour like some of my other recipes

if you’re lookin for smth quick and easy to whip up that will satisfy your (possibly nut free) sweet tooth, you’ve come to the right place:))
