Healthy Peanut Butter Energy Bites (Vegan, GF, & No-Bake)

Who doesn't love chocolate and peanut butter together? These are so simple and such a good grab & go snack!! With only 4-5 ingredients!


The great source of carbohydrates from the oats and lots of sweet fibre from the dates will give you the perfect mid-day pick me up... Trust me with my busy schedule, I'll take 20:)




THE RECIPE

yields: 12 bites

prep time: 10 minutes

total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 4 dates 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 tbsp oats (for blending) 1/3 cup oats (for add-ins) 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions: 1. Add the dates and peanut butter to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth. Add in the tbsp of oats and again blend until smooth. 2. Transfer mixture to a bowl, or do this directly in your blender if ur lazy like me haha, and add in the oats and chocolate chips with a spatula👩🏻‍🍳 3. Roll into balls (recipe makes about 10-12) and enjoy!!
