Healthy Trail Mix Cookie Dough Bites (vegan, paleo, + no bake)
everything trail mix always and i stand by that.
delicious balls of cookie dough mixed w crunchy nuts, tangy cranberries, and rich choc chips throughout- a definite yes from me:)
when it’s literally 100 degrees out we’re all about the oven-free, super simple, extremely tasty recipes and these def check all of those boxes
they’re also super easy, take like 5 mins to make, and only require 9 simple ingredients!
yields: abt 12-14
prep time: 10 min
total time: 10 min
1/4 cup nut or seed butter
1/4 cup maple syrup/date syrup/honey
3 tbsp non dairy milk
a dash of vanilla
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
a sprinkle of salt
3-4 tbsp chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice
2 tbsp dried cranberries (can sub raisins or other)
1-2 tbsp seeds (optional)
*in a medium bowl combine the nut or seed butter, maple syrup, non dairy milk, and vanilla
*add in the coconut flour and salt until combined. stir in the chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and seeds
*roll the dough into abt 13 balls and enjoy!
