Theyâre super simple with minimal ingredients and an extremely decadent taste!
THE RECIPE
yields: 12 balls
prep time: 10 minutes
total time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond butter
6 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour (can sub more almond flour but probably about 1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla
2. Add in the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and cacao powder until a doughy, easily rollable consistency is formed
3. Fold in the chocolate chips, roll into balls (recipe makes 12) and enjoy!! (Store in an airtight container/in the fridge)
