Protein Pancakes (vegan, gf, nf)

These protein pancakes are super simple and quick, with easy clean up, and are very satisfying!



THE RECIPE:

yields: 1-2 servings

prep time: 10 min

cook time: 10 min

total time (including cooling): 20 min

Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup gf oats

2/3 cup oat milk (can sub other)

1 tbsp maple syrup/honey

A pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp/1 serving protein powder

1/3 cup blueberries/chocolate chips/banana/walnut/anything you want to go in the pancakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

2. Warm a skillet on medium heat with oil and cook pancakes until golden brown (about 1 1/2 min on each side)

3. Top with your fav nut butter, maple syrup, fruit, whatever you want!
