Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate (vegan, gf, nut free, oil free, + small batch)

THE RECIPE:

yields 2 servings

total time (including cooling): 6 min

ingredients

1 1/2 cups non dairy milk

2-3 tbsp caramel chips

3-4 heaped tbsp hot cocoa mix

a pinch of salt

instructions

1. In a small sauce pan, warm the milk. Then stir in the caramel chips until melted and combined. Add the cocoa powder and salt and stir until smooth. Enjoy with some whipped cream + choc chips!
