Sweet Potato Chips (paleo, vegan, + air fryer)

super simple, crispy, and delicious!



THE RECIPE:

yields 1-2 servings

prep time: 5 min

cook time: 12 min

total time (including cooling):

ingredients

1 sweet potato

1 tbsp olive oil

seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)

1 tbsp dijon mustard

instructions

1. chop 1 sweet potato thinly and mix with some olive oil, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and seasoning.

2. air fry at 400 F for 12-14 minutes, pausing to shake and rearrange the slices as you bake. serve with your preferred sauce and enjoy!
